The number of team members depends on your subscription plan and available seats. You can add unlimited members up to your seat limit, and easily purchase additional seats as your team grows.

Yes, Admins and Owners can change member roles at any time. Simply go to the team members list, select the member, and update their role. Changes take effect immediately.

You can set individual pay rates (what you pay the team member) and bill rates (what you charge clients) for each member. These rates are used in reports and project profitability calculations.

No, each organization can have only one Owner. However, you can transfer ownership to another Admin at any time. The organization must always have exactly one Owner.
